Custom information systems
We digitise an entire process of the organisation: beneficiaries, activities, clinical management, work orders, stock, human resources, project monitoring. The system is yours, runs at your own address, in Portuguese or English, and includes staff training and first-year support.

Design of monitoring and evaluation systems
For those starting a project or putting order into what already exists: indicator framework, definitions, means of verification, instruments, data flow, database and quality plan. We hand over a working system and a trained team.

Data quality audits
We check whether the numbers you report match the sources: site visits, record reconciliation, consistency analysis, a report with the errors found and the correction plan. It is what the donor will do; better to do it first.

Data collection, surveys and market studies
Questionnaire design, mobile programming, enumerator training and supervision, cleaning and analysis. For baselines, satisfaction studies, market studies and beneficiary censuses.

Baseline, midline and endline evaluations according to the donor’s terms of reference: methodological design, instruments, quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, report and presentation of findings. Team led by a PhD in Public Health and Biostatistics.

Strategic and operational plans
Diagnosis, workshops with management and staff, vision, pillars, results, indicators and a costed implementation plan. Includes the dashboard to track the plan’s execution.

Business plans and feasibility studies
For bank financing, SME support programmes, investors or internal decisions: market analysis, business model, five-year financial projections, risks and implementation plan, in the format the bank or programme requires.

Organisational capacity assessment and systems manuals
Assessment of the areas donors check (governance, finance, HR, procurement, M&E) and drafting of the missing manuals: administrative and financial procedures, human resources, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, code of conduct and safeguarding.

The fixed-price services (institutional website, email on your domain, social media, indicator dashboard, funding proposals, institutional profile, visual identity, security) are on the services page, with the configurator that adds up the value on the spot.
How we work
1. A 30-minute conversation
By Meet or phone. We understand the context, the deadlines and what already exists. No charge.
2. A written proposal
Within two to five working days: scope, methodology, team, timeline and price. For large assignments, in phases with payment on delivery.
3. Delivery and handover
Every assignment ends with the organisation’s team knowing how to use what was delivered: the system, the dashboard, the plan. Invoiced by a registered company, with tax number.
“From” prices are launch prices and exclude VAT. Assignments marked “on proposal” depend on scope, geography and fieldwork, and are quoted after the initial conversation.
