What we have built

A foundation’s complete digital presence, from zero
FIG was about to present itself to institutional funders and wanted a digital presence to match the ambition of the project. We built everything in a single block of work, from the brand to the website, from email to social media.
What we did:
- Complete institutional website in Portuguese and English, eleven pages per language
- Logo, colour system and brand manual, with a colour for each area of work
- Email on the foundation’s domain and an institutional Google account with an organised Drive
- Registration and verification in Google Search Console, sitemap submitted
- Hardened security and automatic backups to Drive, tested end to end
- LinkedIn and Facebook pages created, filled in and aligned with the brand
- A site manual handed to the foundation, so it can manage without depending on anyone
Built with no licence costs. No purchased template, no paid software, no software subscription. The foundation pays only for its domain and hosting.

A tailor-made M&E system, from the finance form to the board report
Financial and programme data lived in Excel sheets and paper forms, and management only saw the consolidated picture when someone assembled it by hand. They asked us for a database the provincial finance officers could feed themselves, producing the reports without manual work.
What we did:
- System built with our own code, on the organisation’s hosting, with no annual licences
- Finance module by province, district, project and month, with real-time totals, bank statement reconciliation and a July-to-June fiscal year
- Programme forms: beneficiaries, sessions and activities, and savings groups, with participants disaggregated by sex, age and disability
- Dashboard with budget execution, cost per person reached, loan repayment rate and comparison across provinces
- Three automatic reports exported to Word and Excel, and access levels by province, district, project and module
- Independent security audit before hand-over
Built with no licence costs. All the logic belongs to the organisation.

Our own projects are our proving ground. What works here is what we propose to clients.
AnySolve Emprego and AnySolve RH
A job board and a human resources system for Mozambican law, built from scratch and live at emprego.anysolve.net. For employers: vacancies, applications and a database of specialists. For job seekers: a CV, free applications and an alert when a vacancy in their field comes in.
Underneath, AnySolve RH calculates IRPS income tax and INSS social security using the current tables, knows the 18 sector minimum wages and follows Labour Law No. 13/2023. It issues the payslip with the elements required by article 98, the INSS return, the Modelo 19 form, the staff list and the payment files.
